The main benefit of disc filters is that they clean the oil without interrupting the flow. A few turns of the hand wheel are enough to clean the filter. The dirt particles fall off and can be removed by unbolting the drain screw. Advantages of disc filters: -Continuous filtering at constant filter quality. -No replacement of filter inserts necessary. -Easy and quick cleaning of filter package without interruption of the flow.
